ABOUT BRANDT STRUCTURES
Chris Magness, Owner
While Brandt Structures is privately held, it’s a conglomerate of career oriented craftsmen who will never take a shortcut at your expense.
Our owner, Chris Magness, has been building since 2001. Around that time, he moved to New Hampshire to pursue wilderness based interests. As a long time mountain guide, he consistently reaffirms his appreciation for our natural places. Chris considers sustainably built and sustainably renovated homes a responsibility to our children and to these natural places. He is a talented, traditional New England carpenter and uses a hands-on approach to the design/ build process.

OUR METHODOLOGY
Our homes and our projects are designed to keep you comfortable and save you money. While many of our peers are still building code minimum jalopies, we’re building Ferraris! We’ve moved beyond traditional Western Platform Framing and incorporate modern building systems and technologies into sensible building methodology. We give particular attention to eco-minded and local products, Passive House concepts, Energy Star, and remain current on the latest building science.
